Cancellations and Refunds

Digital Goods & Services

Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered or the service has commenced. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery or access has been provided. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment was made in error
  • A clear defect or malfunction in the digital service was identified that we were unable to resolve
  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing or using the digital product/service

Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a request with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • A clear description of the issue experienced

Our team will review your request and notify you via email regarding the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Re-check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card provider — there may be a delay in posting.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order only if it hasn't been confirmed or processed by our team.
  • Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

If the order involves pre-booking of products or services, cancellation is subject to confirmation status. You may contact our support team to check if cancellation is possible.

Cancellation Charges:

  • For one-time orders: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount may apply if the order has already been confirmed.
  • For subscription-based services: If cancellation is requested mid-subscription, a deduction of 30% of the total or remaining value may be applied before processing the refund.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or sales are non-refundable.

Replacements / Exchanges

We offer replacements only if the product is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during transit
  • Not as described
