There are no physical products or shipments involved when you engage our services.

All services are delivered digitally and no physical shipment is involved.

All deliverables are provided electronically via secure download links, cloud access, project portals, email, or other agreed digital methods.

2. Shipping Policy

Because we do not offer physical goods:

  • There is no shipping or delivery service for physical items.
  • You will receive access, software artifacts, or deliverables digitally.
  • Activation instructions, downloads, or URLs will be shared over email or inside your project workspace.

All digital delivery timelines are communicated by our team based on project terms.

3. Exchange Policy

Since no physical products are sold:

  • Exchanges do not apply in the traditional sense.
  • You cannot exchange a digital service for another as you would a physical good.
  • Modifications, upgrades, and change requests are handled through our service delivery process or support channels, subject to your contract or engagement agreement.
